Apeman Brewing

I noticed that over the last 10 years since I started homebrewing that I've not been both consistent in my brewing schedule and my notes. If and when I did take notes they were terrible. One important thing with all these beers is I've learned something... only to forget everything the next time I brewed. I started taking better notes and started to shy away from brewing other peoples recipes or kits and start developing my own voice or better yet, My "Terroir". My attempt to make what to me would be the perfect American Pale Ale has taken me from casually brewing to it becoming an obsession. These will be more than just brew day and recipe post but rather the journey it took.

Recipes:

Beautiful Disaster Kölsch

Day of The Dead
